What We Offer
What we offer is a workout designed to make you as good as possible at your life. Starting April first, and that isn't an April Fools Joke, our schedule will be based on classes that meet in the morning and the evening, with anywhere from 1-12 people per class. Our location is yet to be determined, but it will be awesome where ever it is. You may come to as many of the classes as you wish, but we recommend that you come to at least 3/week. In each 1 hour long class we will go through a warm up, work on a particular skill set, and then do our workout of the day. These workouts could be based on time (do as many of these activities in this amount of time) or based on the activity (do x this many times no matter how long it takes). This workout will be based on, you guessed it, constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity, so you will rarely do the same specific workout twice. If you have anything left to give, we'll do a cool down, but most of the time your cool down will consist of bending at the waist, holding onto your knees and gasping for air.
The first time we meet, we will get together someplace that isn't a gym.
During this time...
- We will discuss your health and physical history. We'll talk about what you have done in the past that was successful, and what you have done that maybe wasn't.
- We will set meaningful and attainable goals to objectively measure your progress and the effectiveness of our working relationship.
- We will perform some basic fitness tests to evaluate where you are right now.
- We will take your measurements and take a "before" picture.
From there we start to work together to get you to the goals you have set.

Initial consultation: FREE!!!
Special 4 week On Ramp: Necessary for all new clients! This is where we teach you the skills necessary to succeed in our program: $100.00
If you are not completely satisfied after 4 weeks,
we will refund you 100%.
Individual Training:
$50.00/session
Unlimited Classes:
Month-to-month, per person: $150.00 gives you unlimited access to all classes.
6 months commitment: $120.00/month
12 month commitment: $110/month
$20.00 to drop in to a class, but you must have completed the On Ramp first.
